About Me
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2005, beginning as a case manager for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. That experience set me on the path to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since then, I’ve provided therapy in a range of settings, including in-home services for children in foster care and court-involved families, as well as residential treatment for eating disorders. No matter the setting, one thing was consistent—trauma was often the underlying issue. This realization led me to specialize in trauma-focused care. In 2019, I launched my private practice and began offering online therapy for trauma, anxiety, and related concerns, making healing more accessible for adults across Arizona, Washington, Oregon, and Massachusetts.
I love to learn and I will forever be a student. I stay up to date on current research and participate in regular training and consultation to continue my professional development. My personal growth is something I value and consider a lifelong process. In my free time I enjoy hiking, gardening, cooking, watching movies and spending time with my husband and kids.
