You’ve Held It All Together. Now You’re Ready to Heal.

You might be tired of feeling like your past is still running the show. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before, but you’re looking for something deeper—something that doesn’t just help you cope, but actually helps you heal. Whether you're navigating anxiety, struggling with past trauma, trying to break old relationship patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself—you're in the right place.

Common reasons people reach out:

  • “I want to stop feeling like I’m just surviving.”

  • “I’m exhausted from overthinking everything.”

  • “I want to stop people-pleasing and set real boundaries.”

  • “I’m tired of being so hard on myself all the time.”

  • “I’ve done talk therapy, but I’m ready to do the deeper work.”

Specialized Trauma Therapy That Provides A New Path

I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress through evidence-based approaches like EMDR therapy. Many of my clients are therapists, healthcare providers, and other helping professionals who seek a grounded, supportive space to do their own inner work. My approach supports your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self—so you can move beyond survival patterns and begin living with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.

Many people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted by cycles they don’t fully understand.

Is This You?

☑️ You’ve tried traditional talk therapy but feel like you’re still stuck

☑️ You want to feel more present, less reactive

☑️ You feel exhausted by perfectionism, overthinking, or people-pleasing

☑️ You want to feel more regulated, empowered, and connected — with yourself and others

☑️ You’re ready to dig deep, heal old wounds, and step into the life you truly want

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to keep navigating it on your own.

FAQs

  • Trauma is an emotional and physiological response to an overwhelming experience that leaves you feeling unsafe, helpless, or disconnected. It’s not just about the event itself, but how your body and nervous system are affected afterward. Trauma can result from a single incident or repeated experiences over time, and it often shows up as anxiety, difficulty trusting others, emotional numbness, or feeling stuck in the past. Therapy can help you safely process what happened and support your nervous system in healing.
